Viewing support tickets

Viewing support tickets

To view a support ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.

  2. Click on the link Open "Service Monitor" for more details in the section My Service Monitor: Current Status in the app Administration.

  3. Open the menu item Support Tickets.

You will see a table with all support requests that you have created in the SEEBURGER Service Desk within the last 100 days.

Note: If you would like more information on the respective tickets or would like to edit them in the SEEBURGER Service Desk portal, click on the link SEEBURGER Service Desk in the note at the top of the page in the menu item Support Tickets.
