Viewing fault messages

Viewing fault messages

To view a fault message, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.

  2. Click on the link Open "Service Monitor" for more details in the section My Service Monitor: Current Status in the app Administration.

  3. Open the menu item System Monitoring.

You will see a table with the current and past fault messages in your SEEBURGER systems from the past 30 days.

Note: SEEBURGER is responsible for solving any faults.
