Viewing error messages for processing of messages

To view an error message, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.

  2. Click on the link Open "Service Monitor" for more details in the section My Service Monitor: Current Status in the app Administration.

  3. Open the menu item Process Monitoring.

You will see a table with the error messages for processing of messages on your BIS system from the past 30 days.

Note: If there is a need for you to take action, you will also be informed of these error messages via email.
