Editing a support or change request
Log in to the SEEBURGER Service Desk: https://www.seeburger.com/services-training/support-services#c10767.
Click INCIDENTS.
Select the request you want to edit.

In the footer section, click Edit to edit your request.
Information: It is not possible to edit or delete existing descriptions or attachments in an already submitted request.

In the section Communication history, click .
- Enter a comment.

Click Attachments > Add attachment to add an attachment.

Click Send.
- Click the checkmark icon to see the request in an overview.
- Close the request with the X symbol.
