Getting user manuals

    On the homepage of the Service Desk, you can find for example the following important manuals:

  • Service Guideline - Customer Information on Technical Support

  • Service Desk User Guide

  • Service Guideline for SEEBURGER Cloud Services

  • Change Request Checklist

To get the documentation for the SEEBURGERBIS and BIS-related products, you might need to enter a password.

To get the BIS documentation, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Service Desk: https://www.seeburger.com/services-training/support-services#c25292.

    Information: The log-in credentials will be sent to you via email in the SEEBURGER Welcome Pack or can be requested via phone call (+49 (0) 7252/96-1443).
  2. Click INFO.

  3. In the section Downloads Support, click Software download.

    Note: To open the list of available manuals, you might need to enter a user name and password. You find these login credentials in the bracket next to the link.
    • Memorize the User name and copy the Password.
    • Enter the Username and Password.
    • Click Sign in.
  4. In the first row of the table, click BIS6 Documentation.

  5. Click BIS 6.7 Books - Alphabetical Title List.

  6. Select the documentation for your product.
